Hello world, I am finally here. Thank you so much for joining me. Many of you may know me as Plant Based Alchemy which was originally set up to launch my raw chocolate and raw cake business. Plant Based Alchemy has now become Salena Walker: Naturopath, Nutritionist, Teacher, Speaker and Writer. I am very excited to be here publishing inspiration and insights to you every week. My commitment to you is that I will create a new post every week. The posts will be a mixture of writing and videos and my intention is to motivate you on your healing journey.

Over the past years, I have been following my own personal path to heal the dis-ease pernicious anaemia, which has led to me now being free of all symptoms. However, I am a lifelong student of healing and continue to live each day for the health of every cell in my body. I now live my life the naturopathic way, at one with nature.

My life’s path is to inspire others to heal and help you connect back to nature, not just the nature outside, but also the nature inside you.
